Sports Guards

The Holiday season is upon us again and will soon be in full swing with all those sweet goodies!  Always keep in mind that hard candies and peanut brittle put our teeth at risk for fracturing our restorations, or worse yet our tooth surfaces. Carmel and chewy goodies can be problematic for pulling off our crowns too! Although this is rare, it is a possible threat. So as we watch our waistlines, we may want to also watch all those sweet temptations and how they affect our precious teeth! ...
